Primarily aimed at the rental market, this building was designed to meet the demand that values proximity to the Campo Alegre university campus and access to the VCI.
Structure and Configuration
The urban parameters of the site allowed for the construction of a basement, ground floor, and four upper floors. The functional program was developed in response to the growing demand for housing, driven by the proximity to the Campo Alegre university campus and municipal code guidelines. On the ground floor and in the basement, there are two duplex commercial spaces with double height that ensure excellent natural lighting and ventilation. The four upper floors are dedicated to housing.
